1. Shipment Processing Time

4. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Morelle Organics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Morelle Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Morelle Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still need assistance after contacting the carrier, reach out to us at info@morelleorganics.ca and we will do our best to help investigate.

7. International Shipping
