Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Morelle Organics (https://morelleorganics.ca/). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Because we sell organic products, health and safety are our top priorities. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

4. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return it without contacting us first. Please email us at info@morelleorganics.ca with your name, order number, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@morelleorganics.ca.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, send us an email at info@morelleorganics.ca with photos of the damaged item and your order number.

8. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
